Frequently asked

How can we help?

General

LandGPT is a concept interface built on top of publicly available AnyRoR data patterns. In a production deployment it would be operated under the Revenue Department's authority, with the same legal standing as AnyRoR.

Yes — the AI search bar understands both Gujarati and English, including mixed-language queries like “Survey નંબર 120 બતાવો”.

A companion Android and iOS app is planned; for now the web experience is fully responsive and installable as a home-screen shortcut.

Records & search

Records sync with the Revenue Department feed continuously; most mutation entries appear within minutes of approval.

Yes. Use the “By Owner” tab on the Property Search page, or simply ask the AI search for the owner's name and district.

Pre-1990 records for some talukas are still being digitised from scanned registers; these show a “scan pending” badge instead of a full extract.

Verification

Yes — every record shown is the same digitally signed RoR issued by the Revenue Department; LandGPT only reads and summarises it.

It means the document's cryptographic signature no longer matches its content — usually because the PDF was edited or re-saved after signing. Request a fresh extract from the source record.

Account & billing

New accounts get a free wallet of 1000 credits on signup. Chat / Land GPT search is free. Opening a full record costs 100 credits (refreshing the same record does not charge again). Generating a Nodh AI summary costs 250 credits. Contact us if you need more credits.

Go to Settings → Security, then choose “Delete account” at the bottom of the page. This removes your saved searches and bookmarks permanently.
