1.Nature of this service
LandGPT is a reading and search layer over records maintained by the Revenue Department. It does not alter, adjudicate, or create any right, title or interest in land.
2.Accuracy of AI summaries
AI-generated summaries are provided for convenience. In case of any conflict, the underlying signed VF7/VF8A/VF6 extract is the authoritative document, not the AI's summary text.
3.Acceptable use
You may not scrape, bulk-download, or resell record data obtained through this service without written permission from the Revenue Department.
4.Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately via Settings → Security.
5.Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled Revenue Department data-sync windows.
6.Limitation of liability
LandGPT is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an AI summary without cross-checking the signed source extract.
7.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be highlighted on this page for 30 days.
