1.What we collect
When you search, we log the query text, timestamp and district context to improve search relevance. When you create an account, we store your name, mobile number or email, and any records you bookmark.
2.What we don't collect
We do not require Aadhaar or PAN to search public land records. Where linking Aadhaar is optional (e.g. for e-KYC verification), it is never mandatory for basic search.
3.How we use your data
Search history personalises your “recent searches” and powers mutation-status alerts on bookmarked records. We do not sell search data to third parties.
4.Data retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Anonymous search analytics are retained for up to 24 months for service-quality purposes.
5.Sharing with government departments
Aggregated, de-identified usage statistics may be shared with the Revenue Department to prioritise digitisation of high-demand villages.
6.Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, from Settings → Security, or by writing to the contact address below.
